卢惠辉  教授、博士生导师,光电工程系系主任

 

简介:

     从事微纳米光电技术与器件相关研究,涉及微纳结构光子可调谐器件和微纳结构光波导器件的设计、制作和测试方面。在微纳光电子器件的理论分析、数值模拟器件的设计、超净间的微纳量级加工和光电测试等方面积累了一些成功的经验。目前已发表60多篇篇学术论文 (LSA, Nanophotonics, APL, OL, OE, PR, JLT)主持国家科技重大专项课题3项、国家自然科学基金面上1项和青年1项、广东省杰出青年基金1项、广东省特支计划1项和其他多项省市科研项目;并部分参与欧盟研究项目(3D-DEMO FP6 European Project)、法国国家研究项目(ANR, France)、美国国防先进研究项目署(DARPAE-FED极弱电场探测器项目的研究。国际学术会议(PIERS, META, PECS, SPIE, OECC) 上做专题主席或邀请报告,并获得2012年国家留学基金委国家优秀自费留学生奖学金2014年获“广州市珠江科技新星”、广东省普通高校青年创新人才(自然科学)2015年获“广东自然科学杰出青年基金”、2016年获广东省“特支计划”青年拔尖人才。是多个国际权威期刊(LSANature Comm.OpticaAPLOEOLJLTPR等)审稿人;教育部研究生论文函评专家;国家自然科学基金函评专家;法国驻广州领事馆特约科技法语翻译;法国光学学会与美国光学学会会员。
